Method:
1. Mix sweetcorn cream style with vegetable stock. Add sweet corn and bring it to boil for 5-7 minutes.
Tip: If you want to make thick soup, add 1 tspn of corn flour with ½ cup of water. Add this mixture to the soup and bring it to boil till soup become thick.
Ingredients:
400 gram sweetcorn cream style
8 cups of water
1 ½ cup of vegetable stock ( click here for recipe)
1 ½ cup sweetcorn
½ cup of finely chopped carrot
½ cup of finely chopped cabbage
½ cup of finely chopped spring onion
½ tspn black pepper
sugar and salt as per taste
1 pinch ajinomoto (MSG)

2. Next add carrots and cabbage.Add salt,sugar,black pepper and MSG. Mix well. Boil soup for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add spring onion and then serve.
