Servings: 2 to 3 Persons
Ingredients:
6” long piece of bottle gourd
2 garlic cloves
a small piece of onion(approx 3” in size)
¼ tspn black pepper
1 pinch of ajinomoto (MSG)
Method:
1. Peel bottle gourd and make medium pieces of it.
2. In pressure cooker add bottle gourd pieces. Add onion piece and garlic cloves with 1 cup of water. Let them cook. and then grind them together into fine paste.
3. Add 2 cups of water to the miture. Add black pepper and MSG. Bring them to boil.
4. Serve hot with soup sticks or garlic bread.
