Servings: 2 Persons
Ingredients:
4 tbspn Horse gram flour
1 1/2 cup water
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
5-6 crushed garlic cloves
4 tbspn fresh grated coconut
1 1/2 tspn tamarind pulp
1/2 tspn red chilly powder
3 tbspn oil
salt as per taste
Method:
1. In a bowl take horse gram flour. Add red chilly powder, salt,tamarind pulp and water. Mix well.
2. Heat oil in a saucepan. Add crushed garlic cloves. When t turns golden brown, Add chopped onion.
3. Add Horse gram flour mixture. Mix well. As it starts boiling, it will become thick.
4. Mix fresh grated coconut and steam cook for 2 minutes.
5. Serve hot with rice or roti.
