Plain Lassi

'A Refreshing coolant drink'
Read this recipe in Marathi
Servings: 2 persons

1 1/2 cups thick yogurt (curd)
1/2 cup thick cream
1/4 tspn -1/2 tspn salt
sugar as per taste (approx 1/4 cup)
2-3 mint leaves for garnishing
1/4 cup water to adjust consistency (optional)

1. Blend together yogurt,cream,sugar and salt for 2-3 minutes. Add little water to adjust the consistency and blend it again.
2. Pour lassi into serving glass from a height so as to form a thick foam. Garnish with mint leaves. You can also add a spoonful thick cream (malai) on top.
3. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and serve chilled.
