Servings : 4 Thalipith
Ingredients:
2. Knead dough with water and make 2 1/2"-3"equal balls.
3. Grease frying pan with 1/2 tspn of oil. Put one ball and prees with your palm to roll out. Roll out thin and round thalipith. Make 3-4 holes with your finger. Put little oil in each hole. Spread some oil round it.
1 cup rice floor
2-3 green chillies
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 tbspn chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste
1/4 cup oil
Method:
1. Take rice floor in a bowl. Add salt,chopped onion,coriander leaves and green chilies. Combine everything well.2. Knead dough with water and make 2 1/2"-3"equal balls.

4. Heat the pan and cover it with a lid. After 5-7 minutes when you will hear a crackling sound ,take off the lid. Roast only bottom side properly and till crispy. Upper side of the thalipith will cook on steam.
5. Serve thalipith with sweet lemon pickle or with yogurt.
