Servings: 2 to 3 Persons
Ingredients:
1 bunch of spinach
¾ cup of milk
1 tbspn fresh cream
¼ tspn black pepper
Salt and sugar for taste

Method:
1. Pluck and Wash spinach leaves. Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan and add spinach leaves to the boiling water.
2. Boil it for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and make a fine puree of the mixture.
3. Add 1 cup of water to puree. Add salt, sugar and black pepper and bring it to boil.
4. Boil milk separately and add it to the soup just before serving. Mix well.
5. Pour some fresh cream on soup and serve hot.
