Cream of sweet corn soup

Servings : 2 to Persons

2 cups of sweet corn
3-4 garlic cloves
½ tspn black pepper
¼ cup of fresh cream
Salt and sugar as required
¼ tspn parsley
¼ tspn oregano 

1. Steam sweet corn in ¼ cup of water. Grind half amount of sweet corn to paste.
2. Heat butter in saucepan. Add crushed garlic cloves and stir till you smell a nice aroma.
3. Add black pepper and sweet corn. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add paste of sweet corn and 1 cup of water. Add sugar-salt and mix well.
5. Boil soup for 5-10 minutes. Turn off the heat. Mix beaten fresh cream. Garnish with dry parsley and oregano. Serve hot.
