Beetachi Koshimbir

Read this recipe in Marathi 
Servings : 3 to 4 Persons 

Ingredients: 
1 medium beet root
3 tspn roasted peanut powder
1 tbspn lemon juice
1 small tomato
1-2 green chilly
4-5 curry leaves
½ tspn cumin seeds
¼ tspn asafetida
1 tspn sugar
Salt to taste
1 tbspn oil

Method: 

1. Peel and grate beet root. In a bowl take grated beet root and chopped tomato.
2. Add salt,sugar,lemon juice,roasted peanut powder and mix well.
3. Heat oil in a small saucepan. Add Cumin seeds, pieces of green chilly. When chilly turns white add curry leaves and asafetida. Give tadka to the salad. Mix well and serve.
