(Khamang Kakdi) Cucumber Raita

Read this recipe in Marathi 
Servings: 2 to 3 persons 

Ingredients: 
1 medium cucumber
½ cup yogurt
2 tbspn roasted peanut powder
Salt and sugar as per taste
1-2 green chilly
½ tspn cumin seeds
¼ tspn asafetida
2 tbspn ghee 


Method: 

1. Finely chop cucumber.
2. Take yogurt in a bowl. Add roasted peanut powder, salt, sugar and chopped cucumber.
3. Heat ghee in a small saucepan. Add cumin seeds. When you smell a nice aroma of cumin, add pieces of green chilly. When it turns white, add asafetida and give tadka to the salad. 

4. Mix well and serve.
