Serving: 2 to 3 Persons
1 cup finely chopped onion
2 green chilies
1 tbspn minced ginger
1/4 tspn turmeric powder
1 tspn sambar masala
1 tbspn chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste
2 tbspn oil
1. Boil eggs in water for 25-30 minutes. Peel them and cut into 1/2" pieces.
2. Heat oil in a wok. Add green chilies into pieces. Add chopped onion and stir for 3-4 minutes. Add minced ginger,turmeric powder,sambar masala. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add pieces of boiled eggs. Add salt and stir well. Cover wok with a lid and let it cook for 5 minutes.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapati.
