Servings: Approx 1/2 kg
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups All purpose flour ( Maida)
3/4 cups baking cocoa powder
1/2 tspn baking powder
1/4 tspn salt
2 large eggs
1 tspn vanilla extract
3/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 2/3 cups sugar (granulated)
2 tbspn water
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
and
13"x 9" baking pan

Method:
1. Combine sugar,butter and water in a large bowl.
2. Beat eggs and vanilla extract nicely and mix with sugar mixture.
3. Combine all purpose flour,cocoa powder,salt and baking powder in medium bowl and stir into sugar-eggs mixture.
4. Add chopped walnuts in the mixture. Combine well.
5. Grease baking pan with butter and dust with flour. Spread mixture into prepared baking pan.
6. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 18-25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out slightly sticky.
7. Cool completely on wire rack and then cut into square pieces.

hi kalyani, i always add a teaspoon of instant coffee powder to the brownie batter. i find, it enhances the taste of chocolate..lovely pics
