Servings: 1/2 cup
5-6 dry chilies
5-6 garlic cloves,minced
1 tspn sugar
1/2 tspn salt
3 tbspn vinegar
2 cups water
1. Boil dry chilies in water till water reduces to half.
2. Add minced garlic and finely chopped tomato.
3. Boil for 2-3 minutes or till tomato cooked completely.Turn off the heat. Add sugar and vinegar and mix well. Let it cool down completely.
4. Grind everything to make a fine paste.
5. Use this sauce in Chinese preparations.
You can store this sauce in refrigerator for 1 month.
