Servings: 2 Persons
1 1/2 cups water
2 tbspn grated fresh coconut
1 green chilly
1 tbspn jaggery
1 tspn rice floor
1 tspn chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste
1. Boil kokum in 1 1/2 cups of water for 2 minutes. Add jaggery.
2. Grind coconut and green chilly to fine paste. Add ground coconut to the kokum water. Add salt.
3. Mix rice flour with 2 tbspn of water and add it in the soup.
4. Boil soup for 5-6 minutes. add chopped coriander leaves. Let it cool down for 30 minutes Remove kokum from soup and then serve.
You can serve this soup with rice.
