Servings: 4 Persons
Ingredients:
1 cup thick yogurt
3/4 cup spicy boondi
1 tspn chopped coriander leaves
salt and sugar as per taste
1/2 tspn chaat masala
1/8 tspn red chilly powder
1/2 tspn roasted and crushed cumin
Method:
1. Beat yogurt nicely. Add sugar,salt,crushed cumin, red chilly powder and chaat masala.
2. Add chopped coriander leaves and boondi. Mix well and serve.
this comes as a handy side dish for chapathis when i am too tired to prepare anything. but the 'crushed cumin', i have to try that seasoning...
