Assorted Veg. Platter

Servings: 4 Persons

Paneer 25 grams (make cubes)
4-5 medium chunks of capsicum
3-4 florets of flower
3-4 medium cubes of potato
3-4 medium square chunks of Onion
3-4 button mushrooms
For Marinating-
1 tspn coriander seed powder
1 tspn cumin seed powder
1 ¼ tspn tandur masala
½ tspn red chilly powder
½ tspn turmeric powder
1 tspn besan
1 tspn thick yogurt
½ tspn lemon juice
Salt for taste
1 pinch sugar


1. Marinate all the vegetables with given spices.
2. Preheat oven at 400ºF temperature. Spread some butter on baking trey.
On the same trey arrange vegetables in a single layer.
3. turn each piece upside down after 10-15 min. Spread some butter on it if needed.
4. Keep for 15 minutes additionally in the oven and then serve hot with Mint chatney.
