Ingredients:
15-20 tender and fresh okra
Oil for deep frying
Spices for marinating-
½ tspn coriander powder
½ tspn cumin powder
½ tspn red chilly powder
¼ tspn chat masala
Salt to taste
Method:
1. wash okra and dry it with paper or cotton cloth.
2. Heat oil in kadhai. Deep fry 3-4 okra at a time till it changes in golden brown colour.
3. In a bowl combine all the spices and salt. Marinate each fried okra in the mixture until evenly coated. Make sure that okra is really hot, it will help to coat all the spices evenly to it.
4. Serve hot deep fried okra with soup or with curd rice.
