3 green chilies finely chopped
1 tspn coriander powder
1 tspn cumin powder
1 tbspn chat masala
1 pinch garam masala
5-6 bread slices
3 tbspn rice flour
2-3 tbspn sesame seeds for garnishing kababs
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying.

1. Grate or mash all the boiled potatoes. Add finely chopped spinach, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, coriander powder, cumin powder, chat masala, garam masala and salt. Grind soaked chana dal coarsely and add to the mashed potato with spinach.Combine everything with your hand untill evenly coated.
2. Put bread slices in mixer and make bred crumbs. Add bread crumbs to the mixture. Mix well. Spinach will give a nice green colour to the mixture.
3. Make equal balls(2” balls in size) of mixture. Press slightly on it to give a tikki shape.
4.Take sesame seeds in a plate and dust tikki in it. Few Sesame seeds will stick to the tikki. Sprinkle little rice flour on it and then deep fry each tikki. You can fry 2-3 kebabs at a time.

5. Serve hot kababs with ketchup or mint chutney
