Servings: 4 persons
Ingredients:
200 gram fresh paneer
1 cup sliced onion
1 cup sliced capsicum (green pepper)
6-7 garlic cloves
2 green chilies slice lengthways in half and remove the seeds.
1 tspn vinegar
¼ tspn black pepper
¼ cup dark Soya sauce
3 tbspn corn flour/ corn starch
Salt to taste
1 pinch MSG (ajinomoto)
Oil
Method:
1. Cut paneer into 1”x1” small cubes. In a bowl take 2 tbspn of cornflour. Add 2 pinch of salt and ¼ cup of water. Mix well to make a thick batter. Dip paneer cubes in it and shallow fry them on medium heat till golden brown.
2. Heat oil in a wok (kadhai) and sauté chopped garlic for a minute. Add onion, chillies and capsicum. Stir till half cooked.
3. Add 2 tbspn of soya sauce, MSG, salt black pepper and vinegar. Stir for a minute.
4. Add paneer cubes and stir gently for few seconds.

5. For making sauce- Add ½ cup of water to remaining corn flour. Add 4-5 tbspn soya sauce,2 pinch of salt and mix well. Bring it to boil. Stir continuously till sauce gets thick and nice dark brown in colour.
6. Pour sauce over paneer. Garnish it with chopped spring onion and then serve hot.

hey you forgot to mention when to add green chilly in d recipe.... d main ingredient is missing... plz make the necessary change...
