Chicken boti Kebab

A tangy and spicy chicken preparation

Read this recipe in Marathi 
Servings: 3 to 4 persons 

400 grams boneless chicken
For marinating-
1 ½ tspn ginger-garlic paste
1 tspn coriander seed powder
2 tbspn lemon juice
2 tspn red chilly powder
½ tspn turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying

1. Cut chicken into 1 ½” pieces.
2. Marinate chicken with all the spices. Refrigerate for 4-5 hrs.
3. Heat oil in in thick bottomed pan and shallow fry chicken pieces.
4. It will take 8-10 minutes to cook chicken properly.
5. Serve kebabs with cabbage and onion salad.

  1. I am in love with non-veg dishes since long now and boti kabab is one of favorites but on the the other hand I am not that good for cooking the same that's why i always order it from restaurants .But i will surely try this recipe in my home and see whether it matches with restaurant standards.
