Ingredients:
12-15 florets of cauliflower
1 meadium potato cut into medium pieces
1 medium tomato chopped
1 tbspn grated ginger
7-8 curry leaves
4 tbspn fresh grated coconut
¼ tspn black pepper
¼ tspn turmeric powder
1 tspn red chilly powder
1 tspn goda masala
1 tspn grated jaggery
2 ½ cups of water
4 tbspn oil for tempering
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
12-15 florets of cauliflower

1 tspn goda masala
1 tspn grated jaggery
2 ½ cups of water
4 tbspn oil for tempering
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
1. Heat oil in saucepan. Add grated ginger and curry leaves. Stir for a minute.
2. Add tomato,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,goda masala and jaggery. Stir till you see oil coming out from the mixture. Then add flower florets and potato.
3. Make paste of black pepper and fresh grated coconut. Add to the mixture. Add salt.
4. Cover saucepan with lid and let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Add water to make gravy.
5. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti or rice.
Tip: If you feel that gravy is too watery then add spoon full wheat flour mixed with little water to give thickness. You can use this curry as subji with roti or daal on rice in both ways.

माझी फूलकोबी २-३ मिनिटांत काही अजिबात शिजत नाही. कमीत कमी १५-२० मि. तरी शिजवावी लागते. आपली कृती त्याप्रमाणे बदलावी. २-३ मि. खूपच कमी आहेत.. शिजेपर्यंत (मऊ होईपर्यंत) शिजवावी असं म्हणा.
