6 hand full of thin pohe
¾ Cup finely chopped onion
½ Cup fresh grated coconut
½ tspn coriander powder
½ tspn cumin powder
1 ½ tspn red chilly powder
1 pinch Garam masala
2 tspn sugar
Salt to taste
1. Put pohe in a wok. Mix onion, fresh grated coconut, with all the spices. Combine everything with your hand until evenly coated.
2. Pohe will became wet due to fresh coconut, onion and salt.
3. Cover the wok for 5-10 minutes and then serve.
Tip: You can garnish Pohe with thin shev. It will enhance the taste.
