Paneer Bhurji

Read this recipe in Marathi
Servings : 4 Persons 

200 grams paneer
1 cup chopped onion
1 tomato
¼ tspn turmeric powder
2 green chillies chopped (remove seeds)
½ tspn cumin seeds
1 tspn finely chopped garlic
1 tspn finely chopped ginger
1 tbspn finely chopped corinder leaves
¼ tspn chaat masala
salt to taste
2 tbspn oil 

1. Crumbled paneer with your hand.
2. Heat oil in wok. Add cumin seeds. let it fry for few seconds.Add green chillies, onion, chopped ginger and chopped garlic. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
3.When onion lookes pink and translucent add turmeric powder and tomato. Stir till oil coming out from the mixture.
4. Add crumbbled paneer. Stir for 2 minutes. Paneer can melt a little because of the heat so don’t stir too much so add salt and chaat masala and Mix it properly.
5. cover it with lid let it cook for a minute.Garnish bhurji with corinder leaves and serve with bread.
