Egg Flower Preparation

Very attractive and Tasty Egg preparation on Coconut and Onion base

6 eggs
¾ cup fresh grated coconut
½ cup chopped coriander leaves
3-4 green chilies
1 ¼ tspn ginger-garlic paste
¼ tspn turmeric powder
1 ½ cup finely chopped onion
4-5 tbspn oil
salt to taste
deep thick bottomed pan 

1. Grind fresh grated coconut,green chilies, coriander leaves and ginger garlic paste to make paste.
2. heat oil in a deep pan. Add chopped onion and stir for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add ground coconut and ginger-garlic chilly paste. Add salt only for the mixture.
4. Make flat layer of the mixture. Add eggs and leave some space between each egg. Make sure it won’t overlap. Sprinkle some salt on that. Sprinkle some turmeric powder. Cover pan with a lid and let it cook for 10 minutes on a medium heat.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapati.
