Read this recipe in Marathi
Ingredients:
200 gram Paneer
4-5 medium chunks of capsicum
7-8 medium chunks of onion
1 medium onion thinly sliced
1 bunch of mint leaves
1 cup coriander leaves
¼ tspn turmeric powder
4-5 cashew nuts
¼ tspn dry mango powder
2-3 garlic cloves
½” ginger piece
3 green chilies
3 tbspn thick yogurt
1 tspn chickpeas flour
¼ tspn coriander powder
¼ tspn cumin powder
¼ tspn chaat masala
Salt for taste

3 tbspn thick yogurt
1 tspn chickpeas flour
¼ tspn coriander powder
¼ tspn cumin powder
¼ tspn chaat masala

4-5 tbspn oil
1 tbspn butter
Method:
1. Cut paneer into medium cubes. Grind ginger, garlic and green chilies into paste. Grind mint leaves and coriander leaves into paste.
2. In a bowl put 3 tbspn thick yogurt. Add 1 pinch of turmeric powder,1 tspn chikpeas flour(besan),coriander-cumin powder,1/2 tspn ginger-garlic-chilly paste. Add 1 pinch of garam masala and salt. Mix well.
3. Preheat oven on 300°F. Dip paneer cubes in the batter and arrange them on a baking tray. Grill paneer cubes for 15-20 minutes. Put some butter on cubes. Turn up side down of each cube after 10 min. and again keep for 5 more minutes. paneer will change its colour in light brown,that mean paneer is grilled properly.(If you dont have oven, shallow fry paneer without marinating. Use that marination masala in gravy.)
4. Heat oil in saucepan and fry cashew nut. Keep them aside. fry onion in same oil till cooked. Sauté remaining ginger-garlic-chilly paste. Add turmeric powder. Stir for 3-4 minutes. Grind whole mixture and fried cashew nuts to fine paste.
5. Heat 2 tbspn oil in saucepan. Add onion paste. Sauté for a minute then add onion pieces and capsicum chunks. Stir till they cook properly. Next add coriander and mint leaves paste,dry mango powder ,garam masala and salt. Add half cup water and bring it to boil.next add grilled paneer cubes ans stir carefully. Turn off the heat. Cover saucepan with a lid. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
6. Then serve hot with paratha, naan or rice
