Tava bhaji

Read this recipe in Marathi  
Servings : 2 to 3 Persons

1 cup onion cubes
½ cup potato cubes
5-6 forets of flower
½ cup capsicum cubes
½ cup carrort cubes
¼ cup green peas
½ cup paneer cubes
4-5 garlic cloves
Spices for marinating- 1 tspn cumin seeds powder
1 tspn coriander seeds powder
1 ¼ tspn red chilly powder
¼ tspn turmeric powder
¼ tspn dry mango powder
4 tbspn oil 

1. Mix all the spices and salt in one bowl. Sprinkle and rub it on all the veggies and paneer. Marinate for 10-15 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a thick bottomed deep pan. Add crushed garlic cloves. When it turns brown add onion cubes. Stir for a minute.
3. Add potato cubes and rest of the veggies. Stir for 2-3 minutes then add paneer cubes. Stir all veggies on a high flame (heat).
4. Cover pan with a lid. Stir in between so that it wont burn at the bottom. You can add more red chilly powder and salt if needed.
5. Serve tava bhaji with roti or rice.
