Servings : 2 to 3 Persons
Ingredients:
¼ kg Tilapia Fish
¼ cup coconut milk
1 cup julienned onion
1 cup julienned capsicum
3-4 cloves garlic
Julienned Ginger (1” piece of ginger)
1 tspn tamaring pulp
¼ tspn turmeric powder
1 tspn red chilly powder
1 green chilly
¼ tspn dry mango powder
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Cut fish into 2” x 2” of pieces and marinate it with turmeric powder,chilly powder, salt, tamarind pulp for 15 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a saucepan and add julienned onion. Stir till it turns golden brown. Add chopped garlic cloves and add julienned ginger. Add slit green chilly.
3. Stir for 2-3 minutes then add capsicum and cover saucepan with a lid. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Cook capsicum till half done. Add dry mango powder, red chilly powder. Add salt and mix well.
4. Add ½ cup of coconut milk.
5. Add marinated fish and mix gently. Boil curry for 5-6 minutes and let it cook.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.
