Ingredients:
½ cup water
1 tspn chickpea floor
½ tspn cumin
2 green chilies
3-4 cloves
1” cinnamon stick
5-6 black pepper
2 tspn sugar
Method:
2. Give heat to the mixture. Stir continuously, do not boil buttermilk. Turn off the heat just few seconds before it starts boiling.
3. Heat ghee in a small saucepan. Add green chilies into 2-3 pieces. Add cloves, peppercorns, cinnamon stick and cumin. Immediately give tadka to the kadhi.
4. Serve kadhi with rice or Moong dal khichadi.
