Servings : 2 Persons
Ingredients:
1 cup soaked chickpea
1 ½ cup sprouted green moong
½ cup finely chopped onion
1 small boiled potato
1 tspn chaat masala
¼ tspn red chilly powder
1 pinch garam masala
Salt and sugar as per taste
Method:
1. Make medium cubes of potato. Rub 2 pinch of chaat masala, garam masala, red chilly powder and salt to the potatao cubes.
2. Pressure cook chhole with some water till tender. Add some salt in the cooker while cooking chickpea. Let the chickpea come to the room temperature.
3. Take cooked chickpea in a bowl. Add chopped onion, sprouted green moong. Add chaat masala, red chilly powder and salt. Combine everything well and then serve.
