Pineapple Raita

Read this recipe in Marathi 
Servings : 4 Persons 

]1 ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
2-3 pieces of cherry
2 cups thick yogurt,beaten
3 tspn sugar


1. Rub 1 tspn sugar to the pineapple chuncks and steam cook for 5 minutes on low flame. You can also cook them in the microwave for 1 minute.
2. Take beaten yogurt in a bowl. Add 2 tspn sugar and pieces of cherry. Mix well till sugar melt completely.
3. Add cooked pineapple chuncks when they come to room temperature.
4. Refrigerate for half and hour then serve chilled.

Tip: Do not add hot pineapple pieces in the yogurt. If you do that,yogurt can become thin and sour.
