Radish Raita

Servings : 2 -3 Persons 

5-6 red radish
¾ cup yogurt 
1 ½ tspn sugar
¼ tspn+ 1pinch salt
¼ tspn mustard seeds
3-4 curry leaves
¼ tspn asafetida
1 dry chilly
1 tbspn oil 

1. Grate radish.In a bowl take grated radish. Add yogurt,salt and sugar mix well.
2. Heat oil in a small saucepan and add mustard seeds. Let it crackle. Add dry chilly broken into pieces. Add curry leaves and asafetida. Give tadka to yogurt and serve. 

Tip: You can use white radish for making this raita. Add soaked mung dal to that it tastes really good.
