Read this recipe in Marathi
Servings : 4 Persons
Ingredients:
100 grams okra ( approx. 20-25 okra)
1 cup yogurt
¼ tspn chaat masala
¾ tspn sugar
¼ tspn salt
For tempering-
1-2 green chilies
¼ tspn mustard seeds
¼ tspn asafetida
5-6 curry leaves
1 tbspn oil
And oil for deep frying

Method:
1. Wash okra and dry with a cotton cloth. Cut each okra into 1” long pieces.
2. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry okra till golden brown.
3. Beat yogurt in a bowl. Add salt, sugar and chat masala. Mix well.
4. Heat oil in a small saucepan and add mustard seeds. Let it crackle. Add green chilly into pieces. Add curry leaves and asafetida. Give tadka to beaten yogurt.
Cover bowl immediately.
5. Before serving , add fried okra to the yogurt.
