Healthy yet tasty!

Servings: 4-5 medium Dhirdas (dosa)
1 1/2 cup sprouted moong beans
1/2 cup soaked moong dal (green/yellow)
2 green chilies
3-4 black peppercorns
1/2" ginger (optional)
salt to taste
oil for shallow frying
1. Grind all the ingredients with 1- 1 1/4 cup of water to make a fine puree.
2. Add more water if you think that batter is too thick. Batter should have medium consistency.
3. Heat oil in the non stick pan and pour a large spoon full of batter. Fry bottom side till brown and crispy. You will see the edges becomes crispy and netted texture. Turn up side down and fry till crispy. Put some oil round it and fry properly.
4. Serve hot dhirda with coriander-coconut chutney.
